Retroarch inside batocera

Retroarch is a front-end for libretro cores, put simply, it basically makes possible to port programs (cores) to it, while making the configuration easier for the end user.

It also enables several features in a consistent way, such as hotkey combos, savestates, taking screenshots, recording videos, netplay, and so on.

The libretro cores useable in Batocera are the one listed in the compatibility list on batocera's website with the word libretro attached to them.
